"We had a leak in an upstairs room. Jim Swift came promptly, checked out our 20 year roof and found several places where the underlying boards were rotting. He gave us a quote, and since we had a leak, arranged to start the job the following week. Meanwhile, a couple of his crew came out and put a plastic tarp covering the whole backside of the roof to prevent further ceiling damage. The new roof looks nice and the clean-up was good too."

"My roof looks great and the price was fair, and Gary is a nice guy. But ... the company did NOT pull a permit, so of course the County jumped all over me. They left a lot of debris and nails from the old roof in my gutters. They ran out of supplies so it took them three (3) days to do a job that should have taken them two (2). The owner still has not come out to fix the chalking, that is two (2) different colors in the front of the house, and now I have a run-off issue when it rains. The water does not make the gutter, it just runs off the roof onto my driveway! I have contacted the company and was told they would be out, but no one has shown up."

"We found our roof to be leaking and didn’t really know where to turn. A quick search here and a posting of my project and True Built was our choice. A) they called me quickly. No one else even called. B) Brian was at my door within 90 minutes and spent some time assessing and going over my options with me. He was super knowledgeable, offered a reasonable price, and was able to get the repair done on the same visit. He even took the time to tack down some loose gutter and inform me about some potential chimney work. I appreciated their electronic invoice payment as well. I’d highly recommend them for roof and gutter work and will be working with them again. Thanks guys!!"

"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."
